Fête pour la Paix was a march for world peace organised by the Communist Party of France and attended by hundreds of thousands of people in Paris on 19th June, 1983.
It occurred in a climate of heightened fears around nuclear armament during the Cold War.
This is one of three posters we have, created to mobilise attendance to the pacifist march.
