Grey Empire Commode

Yes, this is very very nice - French Empire commode of small, pleasing proportions. Finished in the wonderful Gustavian grey that Katrina has perfected with our decorative artist.

The top drawer is completely plain, and opens from below the drawer. The next three drawers are each decorated with a pair of Regency knobs, and flanked with a pair of tapering French Empire columns, with knurled mounts and capitals. The entire commode is raised on small bin feet and at the top is a black Italian fossil stone.

Much like the smaller Georgian chests, the smaller proportions are highly coveted, and adaptable to our modern ways of living - just perfect.
