Cross Base Console Table

We purchased this cross-base table in the forest in Sweden, from a dealer friend with a four-storey "chateau." He had his stock in the bottom two floors, and he lived in the top two. No hallways, and one room just opened into the next - you would want to have your bedroom at the end!
Anyway, he thought that this table base was not Swedish, but in fact, Norwegian. 18th-century top and base come together to produce this iconic Scandinavian console table.
At 2.6m long but only 600mm deep, this will look stunning in a modern interior.
