We sometimes regret buying these wonderful French oak work benches from Brittany and Normandy - because then you have to lift them!

100-200 years old, they have seen use in workshops across northern France. Beautifully made from solid, very solid, oak beams.

We give them a light French polish to release every saw mark and hammer blow, and a century of service comes to light.
