A Fantastic Swedish Empire Table or Guéridon
Purchased on our last buying trip to the UK, France, Denmark and Sweden. I found this in Sweden. The reason I mention all these countries is that it has influences from all four:
an English Regency centre table; a French Guéridon; Swedish colours and Danish mid-century design.
The fantastic single pedestal splays out to a trefoil base raised on block feet. Finished in Gustavian white with a subtle decorative stripe.
