Cross-Based Footstool

Regency rosewood, I suspect, a cross-based stool with superb carving and a fabric top with close nailing over a thumbnail rosewood moulding.

The carved cross base is strengthened by the bobbin cross bar.

When this is gone, don't ask for another.
