Louis XV Open Arm Chair

A fine 18th-century Louis XV open armchair. We purchased this chair in northern France, and finally Katrina has chosen this amazing fabric by Pierre Frey.
Nobody cares if these chairs are 18th or 19th century - but for me, the 18th-century versions have much better proportions. The foliate carving on the arms is complemented by the scalloped carving below the seat.
