This is our favourite Refectory Base Table at the moment. We had the original in 20 years ago, and we were able to template it to create the pattern last year.
On my recent visit to France, I sourced some beautifully seasoned oak from an old Antique dealer. These planks come 800x3m long. Whilst we have them available we can make the tops of the table to fit any desired size using a slab in the centre with cleated edges.
This table looks amazing at 3.2m long, where they can accommodate 5 people down each side.
Our furniture maker assembles them and Lawrence our polisher can finish them to the colour of your choice.
