William IV Chest of Drawers

This actually belongs to Levi who works here. We have had it beautifully restored, and it is in our warehouse in Ellerslie.

Talk about bang for your buck! You can't buy better than this: it is massive and weighs a tonne.

It is a Scottish (Scotch) Chest with three large top drawers - the central drawer is called a hat drawer - over three long drawers, each with inlaid and turned handles

This William IV, Cuban flame- and long-cut mahogany chest is raised on serpentine carved feet.

Smashing example of 19th-century quality.

AGE England circa 1830
