Silver Gilt mirror

I don't purchase much in Paris (Normandy and Brittany are my usual shopping haunts) but this mirror is a very good quality Louis Philippe period silver engraved gilt mirror, which I spotted one fine morning. 

The mirror needs a little restoration to its bottom rail (someone has painted it silver) but it will be completely stunning when the bottom rail's 'paintwork' has been gilded in the original manner.
