Mid 19th Century Solid Walnut Commode

A mid 19th century solid walnut commode of four long drawers under the original brown and grey marble top. The chest has two turned and fluted columns flanking the drawers which have solid brass handles and key escutcheons. This is a tall chest of drawers at over 1000mm. The top drawer is open with a key in the escutcheon. Currently on display at La Cigale,Parnell,Auckland.
