French Chestnut Dresser Base
A lovely 18th century French chestnut dresser base. When I travel to France it is important to buy what customers want (so I can eat!) But on each trip I buy something that is absolutely stunning without thinking about the commercial aspects and this it-one of the "John Kirwan" keep me sane pieces. Fantastic colour, fantastic patina, excellent escutcheons, perfect size. Quality in loads.
