Cherrywood Two Drawer Side Table
Because of its colour and small and pleasing proportions, I chose this side table from among hundreds of others I saw in Brittany.
It dates from the late 18th century, has pegged mortice and tenon joints, and now sports our famously +++++ figure of eight handles, which suit the period of the piece.
