Military Chest of drawers

An Anglo-Indian Military Chest of Drawers in solid rosewood from the 1840's. This two part chest, the top three drawers lift off when you need to move up the line as the campaign continues, would require a very strong horse as it is possibly the heaviest chest of drawers I have ever lifted. Exceptional quality and colour, even the top surface of the lower chest of two drawers has been polished, and is made from rosewood ( that surface is usually pine).
