French Painted Armoire or Vitrine
Imagine trying to replicate this? Tens of thousands, I suspect.
This was made in 1885, in France. Made of walnut, the carved feet lead to the fretted and carved skirt below two beautifully framed glass doors. The shaped and astrally glazed bars are a work of art. Very much in the manner of Versailles (Louis XVl).
